Gout, the Pain Is Real - Youtube Short

The past three weeks have been overshadowed by gout, which culminated in a trip to A and E on Christmas day with a urate level  of 585 umol/l and a big toe on fire!

After taking 4 of the half dose Naproxen tablets that my GP gave me, and asking if it would be okay for my kidneys, I decided to stop that! Of course that meant the gout came back with a vengeance and so its feet up and cocodamol for two weeks.
